Guided Home Realty uses AI to make information more accessible — but brokerage decisions stay human. This page explains exactly where AI shows up on the site, what it can and cannot do, and how to reach a person.
Where we use AI
We use AI in three specific places on guidedhomerealty.com: · Knowledge Hub chatbot — a large-language-model assistant that answers general California real-estate questions in plain English. · PriceIQ home-value estimator — a regression model trained on California MLS comparable sales to produce a price range for a given address. · BuyAbility calculator — closed-form mortgage math; the AI surfaces the result and writes a one-paragraph explanation. The math itself is deterministic.
What our AI will not do
· Replace a licensed broker for any transaction · Give legal, tax, or accounting advice · Predict an exact future sale price for a specific home · Provide a binding offer, listing agreement, or contract term · Answer questions that require interpretation of a contract that is signed, in negotiation, or in dispute · Make a fair-housing decision (e.g., recommend or steer a buyer to or from a neighborhood) Whenever a question approaches any of these categories, the AI is instructed to route the user to a human broker review channel at info@guidedhomerealty.com.
Models and providers
Our Knowledge Hub uses Anthropic Claude and Groq-hosted open-weight models as fallbacks. Our PriceIQ estimator uses a proprietary gradient-boosted model trained on California MLS data. We do not currently use OpenAI or Google models for consumer-facing answers. Model selection may change as the state of the art evolves; we will update this notice when it does.
Data sent to AI providers
The text you type into the Knowledge Hub chat is sent to the model provider for inference. We do not include any personal information that you did not provide in the message itself. We do not link chat content to any account, and we do not use the chat to train models. Our agreements with model providers (zero-data-retention where available) reflect this.
Accuracy
AI output can be wrong. Treat it as a starting point, not a final answer. We do our best to keep the system grounded with current data, but we make no warranty of completeness or accuracy.
California AI transparency (SB 942)
California Senate Bill 942 (effective January 1, 2026) requires AI providers with more than one million California users to label AI-generated content. We are below that threshold, but we voluntarily disclose: every chat response and every PriceIQ output on this site is AI-generated; every editorial article, listing description, and contract is human-written and human-reviewed by Casy Rasti.
Your right to a human

If you ever feel an AI response is inadequate or wrong, the brokerage will answer the same question manually within one business day at no charge.
